また、工事費は別途工事会社へのお支払い

着手金は、建築規模によりますが、通常
10〜20万円ほどお支払い頂いています。

depending on the scale of construction.
設計監理料について
About design management fee
設計監理料は一般的な住宅の場合、総工
事費の10〜15%としています。
建築物の規模や用途により、異なります
のでご不安な場合は直接お問い合わせ下
さい。
検査機関への確認申請費・遠方の場合の
交通費等は別途実費で頂いております。
